Returns Policy
The warranty for the equipment varies depending on the brand and the terms of purchase. New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which may differ by brand.
Used or refurbished items are covered by a limited 90-day warranty on parts.

Payment
Payment for equipment or services can be made via credit card, bank wire transfer, Zelle (within the USA), Interac (within Canada), PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram. For Colombia and Peru, we can provide a local bank account number. A credit line may also be available.

Shipping and Handling
Within the USA, deliveries are handled via FedEx and typically arrive within one week. Shipping to Mexico and Colombia generally takes between 2 and 3 weeks. For all other countries, estimated delivery time is approximately one month. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
