Returns policy

The warranty for the equipment depends on the brand and the conditions of
the purchase. Some are new and have a manufacturers warranty. As for the
others, used or refurbished, It will be of 90 days on parts.

Payment

For the payment of the equipment or the services, you can use Credit Card,
Bank Wire Transfer, Zelle (within the USA), Interac (within Canada), PayPal,
Western Union or MoneyGram. For Colombia and Peru, we can provide you a
Bank Account number. We can also offer a credit line.

Shipping and Handling

Within the USA we deliver via FedEx and won’t take more than a week.
For Mexico and Colombia, it will take from 2 to 3 weeks.
For all the other countries it takes about 1 month.
All the shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer unless agreed
differently.
